Build strength, flexibility and balance through core yoga concepts of alignment and technique. Basics are not complicated, but that does not mean you will not be challenged!

Restorative

Enjoy this restful, meditative form of yoga. Long holding of poses on bolsters and props. If you love the floor, this class is for you.

Simple Yoga: Stronger Bones

Holding a simple sequence of traditional yoga poses has been proven to build bone density with regular practice. This class will help you find a version that is just right for you. Variations for all levels will be demonstrated. It promises to be fun, invigorating and productive. A long sweet savasana will end each class.

Prenatal Yoga

This class aims to balance the mind and body during pregnancy and beyond. Prenatal yoga is a tool to ease common discomfort, and strengthen and release the body. This physical practice will build your confidence physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Mommy & Me / Postpartum Yoga

Join this class to strengthen the bond between caregiver and baby while aiding postpartum recovery and enhancing the caregiver's physical strength. Simultaneously, your baby will gradually develop deeper connections with the caregiver that will enhance your baby’s growth physically, socially, cognitively, and emotionally.

*Please bring your baby to class in a carrier, as strollers are not advisable on the stairs. If possible, please bring a small cloth to put under your baby’s head.

Slow Flow

This a breath based, slow paced, vinyasa yoga class. Accessible to all.

Mindfully Move & Meditative

Take this short medication -- we mean meditation -- class. Learn to access your deepest calm and make it a daily habit. Better than drugs!

Gentle Yoga

This gentle class focuses on increasing flexibility and range of motion through slow, mindful movements and stretches. Flexibility is crucial for staying active and reducing pain as we age. Enhance vitality, release tension, and create space for your breath. Beginners are welcome!

Open Flow

Active vinyasa flow class. Let your inner Guru be your guide -- options to fire up your practice or turn down the heat and chill.

Power Flow

Experience strong vinyasa flow with clever sequencing for deep detoxification of your muscles, organs and mind. Expect to play with inversions, arm balances, core and occasional laughter. Modifications provided if needed.

Flow & Restore

Flow and Restore is a sweet combination of exploring the yin and yang sides of yoga in one 60 minute practice. Expect to move with vigor and strength in a breath focused vinyasa flow before settling into quiet stillness with prop supported postures. Dynamic movement is complemented with restoration, offering a whole being, well-rounded experience.

Glow Flow

Create plenty of heat in this balanced, simple and joyful class.  The embers of your inner fire continue to glow long after the flames have played their part, permeating the space of body/mind and cultivated by attention and  breath, into a steady healing radiance.
