Studio Info

We are happy to offer the use of mats and props at no charge. Feel free to use our mats or lay yours down instead. We do clean and disinfect mats after class and have a medical-grade HEPA filter in the studio.

If for any reason you are feeling ill, please consider the wellbeing of your classmates and stay home until you feel better.

If you must cancel class, please do so at least an hour before by clicking the “cancel” button in your confirmation email. There is no cancellation fee*, but other students may be waiting to join a class that is full.
