Studio Info

We are happy to offer the use of mats and props at no charge. Feel free to use our mats or lay yours down instead. We do clean and disinfect mats after class and have a medical-grade HEPA filter in the studio.

If for any reason you are feeling ill, please consider the wellbeing of your classmates and stay home until you feel better.

If you must cancel class, please do so at least two hours before by clicking the gray and white “cancel reservation” button in your confirmation email and the class will be credited to your account.

On Saturday and Sunday, if you cannot cancel in the 2 hour window, please know you will lose the class. If you have a monthly unlimited subscription, there will be a $20 class charge added to your account.
