Laurie Sleep

Laurie Sleep is an experienced yoga teacher and teacher trainer whose classes use movement to cultivate mindfulness and create a space for self-inquiry. Her clear instruction, intelligent sequencing, and down-to-earth style create a warm and encouraging environment for students of all levels. In addition to teaching yoga, she has over 15 years of experience as a classroom teacher, teacher educator, and educational researcher. ​Teaching yoga provides the opportunity to combine her passion for yoga with her love of teaching, and she is so grateful to be able to share this amazing practice with others.
