300 Hour Om City Yoga Teacher Training Program
Starts in Fall 2024

If you have graduated from a 200HR training, Om City Yoga offers an advanced program created for students to master their skills. 

In the 300HR training you will refine your teaching skills and delve deeper into the asanas and course material, building on your foundation. The training is primarily focused on honing your teaching skills, apprenticing teachers in classes, and an in depth mentorship program where you will have one-on-one access to your mentor to answer all of your teaching questions throughout the training and beyond. The 300HR program also includes teaching student classes on the Om City Yoga schedule providing you are approved by your mentor.

Deeper Topics Include:
Teaching advanced asana
Learning and practicing hands on adjustments
Observing and assisting Om City Yoga classes
Injury management 
Advancing your teaching of pranayama and meditation
Modifying classes for beginners and pregnant women
A final project to help you identify and delve deeper into your area of interest.
Endless Q & A with your mentor and in small groups

Prerequisite: Graduation from a Yoga Alliance 200 Hour teacher training is required.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits secure your spot in the program and are not refundable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted within more than 30 days of program start date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of program start date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Cancellation requests within 14 days of the program start date: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend or complete the program. 

Trainings require a minimum of 10 enrolled students to run. In the event that there are less than 10 trainees enrolled in a training, Om City will inform you two weeks in advance of the start date. You may receive a full refund or put your payment toward a future training.
